Barbecue Smokehouse specializes in maple-smoked pork,
brisket, chicken, lamb, burgers and barbecue ribs. The high-quality
meats are cooked long and slow in maple-fired smokers and coated in
one of Bofinger’s secret-recipe sauces. Our famous baked beans,
mouth-watering mac n’ cheese, scrumptious potato salad, tangy
coleslaw, and a piece of genuine Texas Toast accompany each meal.
